IG: #TBT Just releasing tension everywhere we go!?? Here I am opening up @mia_fitness ‘s hip flexor complex. Started with static compressions to his psoas then worked my way down his quads. He is a whole LOT of body? so naturally the techniques were slower and longer. Dynamic stretching to his hamstrings was performed to help balance the tension front to back, but alas, there is more work to be done!?? See you soon in #miami for a full session Ramses!??
