IG: Happy International SelfCare Day!? * * What have you done for yourself today? Something literally JUST FOR YOU? In so many ways we can become obligated to others be it by force of nurture, career, friendships or just our own personal inclinations. We have to understand that in order to be our best for those things/people we consider important, we have to be the best version of ourselves FIRST! What then are you making a priority in your DAILY routine to contribute to your mental, nutritional, physical, spiritual, emotional & financial well being??? This video is a snippet of what I consider caring for ME! To what capacity do I practice those things? -reading, daily -yoga, blended with mobility 4x/wk -eating healthy, 90% of my meals -finances, a daily growing structural practice -spirituality, daily Self-care isn’t linear because the mind isn’t linear. So what works for me may not work for you. What I consider success may not be true for you, however, we can all agree that a healthy, happy mindset is universally sought after. A healthy body is a reflection of a healthy mind. *(Do not confuse a ‘visually fit’ body with a healthy body)* What does your self-care routine look like? What’s JUST FOR YOU? What turns you on internally and how often do you practice that to keep your wheels turning & your energy soaring??!?
