IG: Deep Hamstring Stretch… * * Allowing the knees to remain slightly bent removes the sciatic nerve for any undue stress. This stretch also allows the for added focus into the hamstring belly as opposed to the lower tendinous portion. As you lower, arch your back to further distance it’s proximal attachment at the glute fold. Ensure your back remains as neutral as possible.
