Today’s self-care tip is focused on the peroneals at the side of your leg. These puppies do so much for us daily when standing, walking, running and much moreπŸ˜‰ Tension / pinching you may feel in the knee can sometimes be from them being unhappy combined with calf tightness. I like to do this flush after a good leg day especially any with explosive movement. Try this out, ensuring to use as much pressure as is comfortable for you.
