IG: Mitigate shoulder injuries by implementing this mobility drill to your self care regimen. The goal is to move only the arm whilst maintaining scapula depression & slight retraction. Spill a 60-80% contraction through the rest of your body and set the scapula before moving your arm. It looks easy but if you are doing this right, you will tire out fairly quickly.
